Testing…
June 28, 2006
I’m testing something. If you can see this post, would you please post a comment? It would really help. Thanks.

Ok, I’m getting SERIOUSLY impressed with my friend Debby and her book on Henry Ward Beecher. Her book made the cover of the LA Times book review section yesterday! I’m continuing to enjoy the book myself. Check out her website on the book, if you haven’t ordered the book yet.
Better than new?

Stolen Fields and Itching Ears

Today in worship we dedicated two babies to God, in the process committing ourselves as a church family to be people through whom God loves those babies and families in real ways. We prayed for our friends who were involved in a climbing accident yesterday, including long time reader Liz’s husband Brad as well as [...]
Small and simple

Quite awhile back, I bookmarked Kiva after seeing it on Peggy’s blog (Thanks, Peggy!). What a fantastic idea: a simple way to loan as little as $25 to an entrepreneur in the two-thirds world. Kiva forwards 100% of your money to their partners around the world, who loan the money that helps break the cycle [...]

We finally began our series on Micah…God is opening a lot in me from looking at this book. Here’s what I shared yesterday.
