A very late joke

Sometime last week, Elaine and I rented the recent romantic comedy with Matthew McConaughey and Sarah Jessica Parker. It was fair. But this morning, when I took it to the car to return it, I thought of a joke. (Incredibly late as usual; the movie came out last March).
Anyway. The joke.
How in the world does Sarah Jessica Parker keep her size 0 figure?
